不間斷電源(UPS)在網絡數據機房領域應用十分廣泛。在網絡數據機房中安裝UPS(不間斷電源)供電系統越來越普遍。一個設計良好的UPS供電系統能給負載提供質優電源。如何建立一個合理的、安全的UPS供電系統成為大家關(guan)注的(de)問題。本文(wen)從UPS供電系統配置各(ge)方面進行論述,以供同(tong)行參(can)考。
1、對UPS前級供電系統的要求
UPS可以(yi)向(xiang)負載(zai)提供(gong)穩壓精度高(gao)、穩頻、波(bo)形失(shi)真度小的高(gao)質量網絡數據電(dian)(dian)源,并且(qie)在(zai)與靜態旁(pang)路切換時(shi)可以(yi)做(zuo)到供(gong)電(dian)(dian)無間(jian)斷(duan)。但(dan)要做(zuo)到這點(dian),它的前(qian)(qian)級供(gong)電(dian)(dian)質量不容忽視。我們在(zai)設計網絡數據機房前(qian)(qian)級供(gong)電(dian)(dian)系統時(shi),應(ying)考慮以(yi)下幾個方(fang)面:
(1)前(qian)(qian)級(ji)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)質量不宜太差,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)及頻(pin)率(lv)應穩(wen)定在(zai)(zai)正常范(fan)圍。一(yi)般(ban)地講,大(da)(da)容(rong)量UPS主機輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)范(fan)圍應為(wei)380V±25%。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)低,將使(shi)UPS備用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池頻(pin)繁(fan)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),因長期處于欠壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態(tai)而大(da)(da)大(da)(da)縮短它的(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命(ming);相反(fan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)高,則易引(yin)起逆變(bian)器(qi)(qi)損壞。對于旁路(lu)輸入,其電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)和頻(pin)率(lv)波動也有一(yi)定的(de)范(fan)圍,一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)±10%,額定頻(pin)率(lv)±15%。如(ru)(ru)果前(qian)(qian)級(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)變(bian)化范(fan)圍過(guo)(guo)大(da)(da),就(jiu)會導致逆變(bian)器(qi)(qi)和旁路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)之(zhi)間的(de)切換被禁止(zhi)或有間斷。因此,如(ru)(ru)果網絡數據機’房的(de)前(qian)(qian)級(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)范(fan)圍上達不到要求,應在(zai)(zai)UPS前(qian)(qian)級(ji)配置合適的(de)抗*交流穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),但(dan)不宜采用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)管型(xing)交流穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)或磁飽和穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),因為(wei)這(zhe)兩類穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)開機時(shi)可產(chan)生(sheng)瞬時(shi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),輸出(chu)波形失真(zhen)度也較大(da)(da),易造成UPS故障。
(2)前級(ji)供(gong)電系統中不應(ying)當帶有頻(pin)繁啟(qi)動負載(zai),比如經常使用的(de)電梯,頻(pin)繁開啟(qi)的(de)空調等。原因是在這些(xie)負載(zai)開、關機時會出現瞬間(jian)高低壓,使供(gong)電線路(lu)上電壓波形失真度過(guo)大,造成UPS市電旁(pang)路(lu)供(gong)電與逆變器供(gong)電轉換控(kong)制(zhi)電路(lu)誤(wu)動作,進而(er)引起(qi)同步控(kong)制(zhi)電路(lu)故障。所(suo)以在條件許(xu)可下,宜(yi)將(jiang)UPS電源盡可置于電網輸入的(de)前端。
(3)前級供電(dian)系(xi)統中的(de)交流發電(dian)機(ji)組容(rong)量應適當放大。大多數網絡(luo)數據機(ji)房都(dou)備有發電(dian)機(ji)組,以解決(jue)較長時間停電(dian)難以供電(dian)問題。但在配置發電(dian)機(ji)組時,其容(rong)量應考慮不少(shao)于UPS電(dian)源額定輸(shu)出功率(lv)的(de)1.5~2倍,以保證發電(dian)機(ji)輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)、頻率(lv)正常,并改善其波形失真度。
2、UPS容量的確定
根(gen)據(ju)負(fu)載容量(liang)(liang)及性質,選擇(ze)適(shi)當的(de)(de)UPS,既可(ke)保證UPS的(de)(de)供(gong)電質量(liang)(liang),降低故障率,又可(ke)節省投(tou)資,提高經濟(ji)效益(yi)。一般來說,UPS容量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)確(que)定主(zhu)要是(shi)要滿足(zu)當前負(fu)載的(de)(de)需(xu)要,同時,也(ye)要考(kao)慮幾(ji)個因素:
(1)UPS負載(zai)容量選(xuan)型原則:
A.當負載(zai)(zai)為(wei)計算機負載(zai)(zai):UPS容量計算方法:UPS容量=設計負載(zai)(zai)功(gong)率(lv)÷0.8(UPS輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)功(gong)率(lv)因數)÷0.6(UPS主機理想負載(zai)(zai)為(wei)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)功(gong)率(lv)的(de)60%)=需要設計容量
B.例如:現在(zai)機房負載為60KW
UPS容量(liang)=60000W÷0.8(UPS輸出(chu)(chu)功(gong)率因數(shu))÷0.6(UPS主機理想負載為輸出(chu)(chu)功(gong)率的60%)=125KVA(需要設計容量(liang)
C.一(yi)般UPS功率為整數,并且雙數比(bi)較多考慮以(yi)后擴容因此選(xuan)擇一(yi)臺(tai)140KVAUPS比(bi)較理想。
(2)UPS容量較負載(zai)不宜過(guo)大(da),以免使其過(guo)度輕(qing)載(zai)運行。過(guo)度輕(qing)載(zai)運行雖有利于降低(di)逆變器(qi)的損壞(huai)概率,但可能造成(cheng)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過(guo)小(xiao)而(er)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間偏(pian)長(chang),在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池保護裝置故障時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組被深度放電(dian)(dian)(dian),而(er)遭損壞(huai)。
(3)UPS容量不(bu)(bu)宜(yi)過小(xiao),以免使其(qi)(qi)長(chang)期處于(yu)重(zhong)(zhong)載(zai)(zai)(zai)運行狀態。這樣雖可節省一(yi)部分投資,但由(you)于(yu)逆變(bian)(bian)器(qi)處于(yu)重(zhong)(zhong)載(zai)(zai)(zai)運行,其(qi)(qi)輸出波形(xing)將發生畸變(bian)(bian),輸出電(dian)壓(ya)幅值抖動過大(da)。這樣既不(bu)(bu)能為負載(zai)(zai)(zai)提供質優(you)網絡數據電(dian)源,還(huan)極易造成(cheng)UPS逆變(bian)(bian)器(qi)的損壞,所以,即使從經(jing)濟角度講也是得不(bu)(bu)償失。根據目前一(yi)些UPS廠家推薦,UPS負載(zai)(zai)(zai)量不(bu)(bu)宜(yi)長(chang)期超過其(qi)(qi)額定容量的80%,60%較為理想。
